walk-a-TON

The alarm rang at 5.45am, time to get up for the hatred 7-pillar walk , its a 23km walk from somewhere unknown to the new campus ground (which is in the middle of no where). So i'm thinking 23km.....walk...with a cap with those crappy yellow shirt i would get better than that....i was wrong.



This was the first stop some location which i has no intention to remember the name, we were required to gather here before the flagging off. i was kind for the school to serve us meal until i found out the char-bee-hoon was too salty to even be consume. Just what i need, something to make you even more thirsty, they are so sensible .


The falling off was lame.. no gun shot no nothing -.-. What caught my attention was the group of internation student in the first row, ahh-oo goes my fren shouting 中国妹(china chicks) we were so tempted so get in front and have a look at them but first we had to get through this
yeah.. tons of people walk with the pace of a hunchback tortoise... its a walk-a-thon not a sloth-a-thon, crap lazy people...

And the most amazing thing is this
















i guess the driver must be a retard, cant he see the sea of people walking....figures hope he does not kill anyone on his way to wherever.

So we walk on and on and on......for the following 2 until this....the scorching heat from the sun, i thought it suppose to be tress along the way but i guess i was......wrong.


Where have all the tress gone ?? the only thing i can see if flat land and a patch of grass.....those are so going to block of the sun rays.....rite.. I really envy those with umbrellas , so i walk on with my trusty 10buck imitation addidas cap which i bought for this walk.


The end was really unexpected and surprising, we was a few staff stand around the finish spot , they passed banners and poster printing "free Gaza" , "save Palestine" and i was like.......omgwtf ? Since when we were part of the protesters ? How can it be i'm joining this protest and i'm not in it......i feel so cheated and frustrated for the first time. Blah its not that i approve isreal actions, i hate war too those innocent children getting hurt for no reason at all... but why cant we be informed of this movement at all... crap.....what is it so secretive at all?


And while were we all resting the organizer was at in the front shouting 'save palastin' and etc , but most amusing thing was that they asked a few chinese national student to join in with them, and all they do was just stand there like a statue not know what the organizer was talking in malay, why cant they just respect the china students by just talking in ENGLISH is that soo hard to ask for .... oh well like they said first world infrastructor thrid world mentallity.

And evetually we had to wait till 2pm for the attendance to be taken, so we were finally taken home.

*note we didnt get a good view of our new campus.....its like in the middle of nowhere......-.-
